Fee Structure

Class Allocation Based on Age at Safari International School

At Safari International School, students are allocated to classes based on their age as of 31st August of the academic year. This ensures that children are surrounded by peers of the same age, promoting optimal social, emotional, and academic development. This approach aligns with international standards followed by schools worldwide.

Exceptions to Age-Based Placement

In exceptional circumstances, a child may be placed in a class that is either one grade above or below their age-appropriate level. These exceptions are considered in cases involving:

  • A significant developmental gap between the child’s biological and social/developmental age.
  • Special circumstances supported by professional assessments or recommendations.

The final decision regarding the child’s class placement, whether age-based or grade-adjusted, remains at the school’s discretion and will be made with the child’s best interests in mind.

Class Advancement and Retention
  • Students will progress to the next grade after successfully completing the academic year in their assigned class.
  • Skipping grades is not permitted.
  • A student may be required to repeat a grade due to low academic performance or insufficient attendance during the academic year.
