All offer letters/invoices are billed based on the August/September to June Academic Year consisting of 3 academic terms and emailed to all Safari Parents prior the first day of school. All Safari students can commence school only once they have a filled registration form.

In case the signed offer letter has not been returned to the school by the deadline it will automatically mean that terms and conditions of the offer letter have been accepted if:

The child starts schooling or
2.
Tuition fees have been paid partially or fully
3.
Safari International School operates a strict no refund policy, all fees paid including Registration fee, Tuition fees, SEN Program payments, After school program, School Lunches, Seat deposit, Books & Uniforms etc will be considered as non-refundable and non-transferable.

Offer Letters & Invoices for the following academic year will be issued in the middle of the 3rd term of the current academic year. Offer Letters/Invoices sent will include a non-refundable seat deposit. The seat deposit should be settled by the end of the 3rd term of the current academic year. The seat deposit will be deducted from your annual tuition fees.

If the seat deposit is not paid by the deadline and the student would like to continue at Safari, they will need to pay a Registration Fee to continue in the following year. The seat deposit is USD 700 or its equivalent in GhC.

Parents paying on a termly basis should understand they have accepted an offer letter for their annual tuition fees. They are allowed to pay on a termly basis. All enrollments to Safari International School are on an annual basis.
7.
Termly invoices for the next term will be issued in the middle of the current term and should be settled by the end of the current term. If invoices are not settled by the due date, a USD 100 monthly late fee penalty will be applied.

Safari International School guarantees that your child’s annual tuition fees will remain the same for the entire duration of your child’s stay at Safari International Preschool/Primary School.
9.
If you wish to withdraw your child from the school or change from full day session to morning session, or extended day program to full day or morning session, a full terms notice in writing must reach the school administrator by the first day of the child’s last term or a term’s fees in lieu will be required.

Safari International School needs to be notified at least one month before the start of a term in which case the Leave of Absence will apply. Should Safari International School not be notified at least one month before starting that term OR the child attends school for one week or less, the full term fees are applicable. The Leave of Absence Policy will only apply to a child that will not attend Safari for one entire term within a scholastic year.

The following programs and additional services could have price changes with one month’s notice to parents - After School, Uniforms, Textbooks, SEN, Software subscription for Primary School, School Excursions & School Lunches

Tuition fees include unlimited free usage of the Kids Waterpark Splash Accra through the year and 50% discount on entry costs for our indoor climbing playground Play Accra as well as 5% discount on all Birthday party bookings (entry tickets) at Play Accra or Splash Accra
